Aram Arslanian performs regularly as a solo act, as the lead guitarist for Taken By The Sky, Portland's premier Fleetwood Mac tribute act as well as Vancouver’s own Lincoln’s Beard. Using the moniker Orphan Train Aram has released five albums of original songs since 1998. The most recent ‘Exiled’ was recorded at Aram’s Kingsley Garden Music Studio where he records and produces a myriad of music artists from Portland/Vancouver. Prior to arriving in the PNW Aram spent time in L.A. working as a TV/Film composer and record producer. Some of the artists he has supported over the years include Lisa Marie Presley (music director 2002-03), Sandra Bernhard, Rilo Kiley, Fabian, The Watson Twins, Fernando, and James Low. All the while releasing his own music to critical acclaim. In his solo act Aram performs unforgettable 20th century classics {Buddy Holly, America, Beatles, Cat Stevens, Simon&Garfunkle, Johnny Cash, James Taylor ect.} SETLIST HERE Accompanying his dynamic tenor voice on both guitar and piano, he brings a warm and familial vibe to any environment at a very reasonable rate.
